Born from the needs of our professional downhill racers (Loïc/Finn/Miller), we designed and built the 2FO Clip 2.0 for one purpose—to win races. Premium downhill and trail shoes need to be more than just protective and stiff, though. They also have to be lighter, faster-drying, and be secure both in and out of the pedal. The 2FO Clip 2.0 checks all these boxes, while also including our Body Geometry features that keep your hips, knees, and feet aligned to give you the most out of every pedal stroke. Take these shoes for a ride and see why they’ve already won four World Cups and one World Championship under Loic. - Body Geometry sole construction and footbed are ergonomically designed and scientifically tested to boost power, increase efficiency, and reduce chance of injury by optimizing hip, knee, and foot alignment. - Captured foam upper protects the foot. - XPEL air mesh on tongue and upper provides protection and quickly sheds water weight. - Landing Strip cleat pocket is optimized for effortless foot-out riding style with platform clip pedals. - Stiff Lollipop inner plate for high performance pedaling sits in a bed of EVA to soften landings and maintain off-bike traction. - Extended length cleat slot (4mm) for rearward cleat set up option. - Relaxed Fit for a balance of pedal feel and off-bike comfort. - Two-bolt cleat pattern fits all major MTB pedals. - Approximate weight: 700g (size 42)

Redesigned for lighter weight and more efficient power transfer. Ergonomically designed & scientifically tested Body Geometry footbeds were co-developed with Andy Pruitt, Director of the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine, to customize fit and measurably improve performance. * Body Geometry footbeds provide longitudinal arch & metatarsal support for a custom fit * By standing on the Specialized Arch-O-Meter, a rider can determine the optimum level of foot contour: + Red = minimal contours for riders that prefer minimal support ++ Blue = moderate (slightly higher longitudinal arch & metatarsal button) = for people with flat to standard arch +++ Green = significant support = for people with standard or high arches * Boody Geometry shim and wedges sold separately

Just because winning an XC World Cup isn't on your to-do list, doesn't mean you don't value performance and comfort. Recon 2.0 is your shoe. Inspired by S-Works Recon, with Body Geometry comfort and efficiency, Recon 2.0 puts all that performance within easy reach. Using our exclusive STRIDE toe-flex technology, the nylon outsole uses a TPU-injected forefoot for natural movement off-bike, while still providing a stiffness index of 6.0 for in-the-saddle performance. We've also lifted the heel for an even more natural feeling while walking. To create traction off the bike in wet or dry, gravel or dirt, we've covered the nylon outsole with our SlipNot compound. If the traction's needed in the wet, you can also rest easy knowing the XPEL mesh used through the Recon 2.0 won't get bogged down with water and will dry exceptionally quickly. No more wet shoes the morning after a wet ride. An L6-Snap Boa and a Velcro forefoot closure ensure micro-adjustable comfort with a secure fit designed for all-day comfort and performance, whether your ride calls for open gravel, twisting single track, and more than your fair share of hike-a-bike. - Body Geometry sole and footbed are built with purpose and backed by science to boost power, increase efficiency, and reduce the chance of injury by optimizing hip, knee, and foot alignment. - Injection STRIDE toe-flex technology allows for natural toe movement off-bike but remains stiff for pedaling: Stiffness index 6.0 - Welded upper reduces seams for superior step-in comfort. - BOA L6-Snap dials for on-the-fly micro-adjustment. - SlipNot rubber tread for confident traction on all terrain. - Two-bolt cleat pattern fits all major MTB pedals. - Approximate weight: 357g (1/2 pair, Size 42)

The Torch 2.0 Road shoes are all about comfort — well, comfort and performance that is. Due to the materials, road shoes often feel stiff and uncomfortable. Specialized decided to address this annoyance head on, though. To do so, they've implemented a 100% mesh and TPU construction on the Torch 2.0 that allows for more wiggle room in the toe box and a less constrictive, sock-like feel. The upper is then paired with the medium-stiffness FACT carbon sole and a rubber heel and toe that provide the perfect degree of off-the-bike traction. For the closure, Specialized added a single lightweight Boa IP1 dial that features tool-free snap replacement capability, while also providing simple, on-the-fly micro-adjustments. - Body Geometry sole construction and footbeds are ergonomically designed and scientifically tested to boost power, increase efficiency, and reduce chance of injury by optimizing hip, knee, and foot alignment. - Carbon sole with a 7.0 Stiffness Index is engineered to be moderately stiff, yet light with a rubber heel and toe for off-the-bike traction. - Lightweight Boa IP1 dial closure for on-the-fly micro-adjustment, backed by the Boa Lifetime Guarantee. - Mesh and TPU upper for a supple fit. - Three-bolt cleat pattern fits all major road pedals. - Approximate weight: 235g (1/2 pair, Size 42)

The Recon 3.0 is all about putting the legendary performance of our S-Works Recon - power transfer, comfort, light weight, style - in a package perfect for the XC and gravel rider. Starting with Body Geometry, Recon 3.0 delivers comfort and efficiency, with features that stand-out off the beaten path. Looking for in the saddle speed as well as off-bike performance? Recon 3.0 mates a carbon outsole with a Pave-inspired glass fiber forefoot to create Carbon STRIDE toe-flex, which lets your foot function naturally off the bike, yet still provides incredible power transfer with a stiffness index of 10.0. Whether you're flying up a run-up on the 'cross course or strolling into the brewhouse post ride, STRIDE toe-flex is a game changer. We know venturing off-road means venturing into the unknown, so we've given the Recon 3.0 XPEL Mesh to create a comfortable fit that sheds water, keeping the shoe light and making it dry as fast as it rides. Let's get real; toe covers are a great way to deal with cold weather. They can be pulled over the toe of most cycling shoes and left on for the whole winter, and people do more miles on 45-degree days than they do on 25-degree days (even in Canada). Our toe cover uses our AmFIB softshell fabric to keep out the wind and rain and we positioned the band to sit behind toe spikes so that they will work with road or mountain shoes. Kevlar on the underside increases durability while the hook-and-loop closure makes the fit adjustable and the mounting quick. - AmFIB Softshell provides superior wind and water protection. - Innovative power-band secures front of shoe cover under toes. - Kevlar bottom with hook-and-loop closure allows easy on and off. - BioViz reflective elements for low-light visibility. - For road or mountain bike shoes.
