Due to diagnostic limitations and compatibility issues, many off-brand e-bikes cannot be serviced efficiently. As a result, Kozy’s Cyclery reserves the right to decline service on any e-bike we are not familiar with. Please note:
Only our 3255 N. Milwaukee location offers service for e-bikes not purchased at Kozy’s—including boxing, diagnostics, and flat tire repairs.
All other Kozy’s locations exclusively service e-bikes purchased through Kozy’s.
