Many off branded E-bikes cannot be diagnosed correctly or efficiently.  We reserve the right to refuse any service on any e-bikes that we are not familiar with.  ONLY our 3255 N. Milwaukee will work on e-bikes NOT purchased at Kozy's (boxing, diagnosing, flat tires, etc).  Our other locations will only service and tend to E-BIKES purchased at Kozy's.
