Online Orders - In-Store Pick Up

Most orders will be ready within one to two business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations or we may need to order the product. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.  If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.

Order Payment  You card will be charged $50.00 to hold the order for you.  The balance must be paid in full at the store location when you pick up the order.  If your order is under $50, we will charge the card in full.  The person who paid for the order must be the one to pick it up. You must present your government issued photo ID at the time of pickup. Please note due to online security requirements, we will record your ID number and your signature to your order.

At this time we are only shipping select bikes and products.  Please go to shippable bikes to see what bikes can be shipped. 

Online Orders - Shipping

Order Shipping You will get an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.  We will only ship to the billing address of the credit card being used.  If you would like us to ship to an alternative address, we can arrange for you to send payment via a bank wire transfer, money order or cashiers check.

Non-Stocked Product

Ordered Bikes (Bikes that we do not stock) A 20% deposit is required to order any bike that we do not stock.   A 10% cancellation/return fee applies to all product that we do not stock.  The 10% restock fee can be used as a store credit.

Ordered Parts/Accessories (Items that we do not stock) A 50% deposit is required.  A 10% cancellation/return fee applies on all special orders (items that we do not stock).  The 10% restock fee can be used as a store credit.

Sales Tax

10.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders being picked up at our stores.  If we are shipping an order outside the state of Illinois, sales tax does not apply.

Returns/Exchanges

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY We have a 10 day return, 20 day exchange policy (upon receipt of product).  All items must have their original tags and packaging. Merchandise that appears used or does not have it's original packaging will be refused.  Wheels, travel cases and cameras are not returnable.

RETURNS - IF YOU PURCHASED IN STORE - Simply bring product back to the store for return/exchange.

RETURNS - IF YOU PURCHASED ONLINE - All returns must have a return authorization number.  A return authorization number can be obtained by contacting our order dept. at orders@kozy.com.  You are responsible for outgoing and incoming shipping charges.

Return Procedure Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail.  We do not accept CODs.  Ship to:

Return Shipping Charges You are responsible for all shipping charges.  Though you may have received free shipping, if the product is returned, you will be billed what we paid to ship the product to you.  If there was an item that you received that was an error on our part, you are not responsible for shipping charges.   

Bike Shipping If you return a bike that was shipped to you, you will be responsible for the freight cost to return the bike and also the $100.00 boxing/shipping fee that was charged to ship the bike to you. 

Damaged Shipments If you receive any product with damage, please contact us immediately at orders@kozy.com.  Provide us with pictures of the damage and the damaged packaging.  Please keep the box and packing material with the product.

Shipping

Shipping Charges - Orders over $75.00 qualify for free ground shipping (some restrictions apply).  Orders under $75.00 will be charged a standard shipping & handling charge of $9.00.  Bikes and oversized items will be charged additional shipping/packaging/insurance fees.  Shipping charges will show in the checkout page.  Learn more.

Order Processing - Most orders are shipped within 3 business days.  We will notify you by email if the product is not in stock.  We ship from Chicago, IL.  All merchandise ordered must be shipped to the person's billing address of the credit card or PayPal account being used.

Priority Shipping - We are happy to make arrangements for expedited shipping. Rates will vary.  Please email or call us for expedited shipping rates.

PO Boxes, APO, Alaska/Hawaii Shipping - We can make arrangements to ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii shipments.  Certain items may not be able to be shipped based on size and weight.   Additional shipping charges may apply.  Allow an extra 3-5 processing days for USPS shipping.
