KOZY COVID POLICY - AS OF August 17, 2021

MASKS:  Face masks are recommended.

SOCIAL DISTANCING:  Due to limited spacing at some of our locations, we ask that customers do not congregate in certain part of our stores.  We have limited space at our cashier & repair areas.

LOCKED DOOR POLICY:  We will monitor customer traffic especially on busy weekends, warm weather days, etc..  If we feel our stores become too busy and crowded, we will limit the amount of people in our stores.  Others will wait outside in line and will be allowed in as others leave.

FITTING ROOMS:  All fitting rooms are open.

TEST RIDES:  We will resume test rides at all locations.

BIKE FITTING:  We will resume custom bike fitting.

If you choose to minimize your time in a retail setting, please remember that you can always shop on our website for free in-store or curbside pickup, or local delivery.  At this time, we are not shipping any orders. 

PRE-ORDER YOUR BIKE - BIKE SHORTAGE WILL CONTINUE INTO 2022

Looking for a bike only to find out it's not available?  This is why you should pre-order the bike you want ASAP.  We are currently out of stock on many bikes and we expect the bike shortage to continue through the 2022 season and into 2023.

When you pre-order a bike, you'll hold your spot in line for the bike when it arrives.  Some bikes will be available in 2022 and 2023. 

You can pre-order the bike online.  If the bike will not be available within 2 weeks, we will take a $50.00 deposit.  The balance due will be charged when you pick up the bike or when the bike is shipped.  If you prefer to pay for the bike in full at the time of purchase, please request this as your checking out online in the "comment" field.   Or you can call any of our stores and they can take a deposit payment over the phone.
